This contract enables colleges, universities, and state education agencies to utilize Resultant’s data and technology services to support student success, enhance operational efficiencies, and facilitate informed decision-making amidst challenges such as reduced state funding and declining enrollment.

Resultant’s flagship product, Campus Analytics Engine, offers highly flexible and customizable data analytics capabilities and can be deployed on Microsoft Azure cloud (Azure), Amazon Web Services cloud (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Contract Terms & Eligibility

Effective December 31, 2023–June 30, 2026, and may be renewed for four additional years.
Eligible to higher education institutions (public and private not-for-profit), K-12 districts and schools, cities, counties, local subdivisions, and state government in MHEC, NEBHE, SREB, and WICHE member states.

Solicitation Due Diligence

On August 15, 2022, MHEC issued a public solicitation Data Analytics for Student Success, Institutional Efficiencies, and Integration (MHEC-RFP-08152022) to promote the adoption of data analytics in higher education institutions, with a focus on enhancing student success, optimizing institutional efficiencies, and fostering seamless integration between different systems and services.

MHEC received nine proposals on the due date of September 12, 2022. The selection committee evaluated each proposal based on best value, considering the predefined evaluation criteria outlined in the request for proposal, and selected six finalists. All finalists were required to present their proposed solutions during a virtual respondent’s conference held October 12-14, 2022. Resultant was subsequently awarded a master agreement.
