RFP Q & A: Statistical Software

The Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) through its Statistical Software Subcommittee of its Information Technologies Committee requests proposals from vendors. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Master Price Agreement for Statistical Software products for the Eligible Participants in the 12-state region of the Compact. At a minimum this solution will offer competitive price agreements with qualified vendor(s) who shall provide Statistical Software products, support services, training and related materials and or services in accordance with the specifications of this Request for Proposal.
