New Affordability Series Report

MHEC is pleased to announce a new report in the college affordability policy series, College Textbook Affordability: Landscape, Evidence, and Policy Directions. Dr. Shanna Smith Jaggars, The Ohio State University, and her co-authors review various textbook options with a particular focus on Open Educational Resources (OER) and Inclusive Access models.
