The Education Stabilization Fund: Reimagine Workforce Preparation (ESF-RWP) grants are for, “State Workforce Boards that, at the Governor’s direction, will award subgrants to business organizations, trade associations, continuing education providers employer-based educational organizations, labor organizations, education and training organizations and institutions of higher education to create or expand innovative education and training opportunities, primarily through short-term educational programs and career pathways programs that are responsive to rapidly changing economic conditions, provide new opportunities for education providers to help more individuals meet employer needs and workforce demands, and/or help entrepreneurs succeed in rebuilding their businesses and finding new opportunities for growth.”
