Finding our office may be tricky. Please read this before you arrive!
MHEC's office is located in the Crown Roller Mill Building in the historic Mill District along the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis.
Our building entrance is on Fifth Avenue South near Second Street South, across the street from the MacPhail Center for Music (towards the river).
Once inside, past the fountain, please take the elevator to the 4th floor. MHEC occupies the northeast side of the building.
Parking
Metered parking is available on the street, underground parking is available in The Depot lot across the street, or there is a pay lot available behind the Crown Roller Mill building located on West River Parkway at the Mill Ruins Park.
Light Rail
If you are arriving via Metro Transit's Hiawatha Line, you will exit at the Government Plaza station, and the MHEC office is northeast in an approximate 5.5 block walk.
