Join researcher Jennifer Zinth, as she explores state and institutional initiatives that are spurring increased interest in the use of open educational resources, or OER, in dual enrollment courses. She will be joined by Paul Preimesberger, Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Success at Central Lakes College in Minnesota, and Zachary Adams, Director of Postsecondary Coordination and Alignment for the Tennessee Board of Regents, who will share their perspectives based on their experience with integrating OER in dual enrollment offerings. Zinth will identify current policy and best practices for states who are interested in beginning or expanding the integration of OER into dual enrollment offerings, with the goal of increasing equity in both participation and success.
This research was conducted in collaboration with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact and the Southern Regional Education Board, with generous support from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. The webinar will include time for questions and answers, and will be recorded.
