Percent of Aid as Need-Based

About this Indicator

State funding commitment for grant aid based on financial need is measured by need-based aid as a percent of total grant aid allocations and total Pell aid. The receipt of grant aid has been linked with higher rates of college enrollment and degree completion.^[1]
