The Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) Master Agreement with MHEC provides Workday cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and related professional services. Through this agreement, eligible organizations gain access to competitively sourced pricing, cooperative procurement benefits, and experienced implementation support for Workday-based modernization initiatives.
Contract Coverage
This contract provides access to:
- Workday Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Student, Analytics, and related modules)
- Workday Success Plans, training credits, and learning resources
- Implementation and deployment services
- Data migration and system integration services
- Organizational change management and readiness support
- Post-go-live optimization and application management services
PTG serves as an authorized Workday reseller and certified services partner, enabling institutions to procure subscriptions and professional services under a single cooperative framework.
Contract Terms & Eligibility
Effective February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2029, with four (4) year renewal option
Eligible to higher education institutions (public and private not-for-profit), K-12 districts and schools, cities, counties, local subdivisions, and state government in MHEC, NEBHE, SREB, and WICHE member states.
Participation requires no additional membership beyond an organization’s presence in a participating compact state.
