Deloitte Consulting LLP has been awarded a Master Agreement with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) system integration and consulting services. The agreement supports organizations throughout the ERP lifecycle, from readiness and strategic planning through implementation, optimization, and long-term transformation.
Contract Coverage
- ERP readiness assessments, strategic planning, roadmapping, and pre-implementation planning
- Full-lifecycle ERP implementation across finance, human capital management (HCM), payroll, and student information systems
- Configuration, integration, and custom application development
- Organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption
- Data migration, conversion, cybersecurity, and compliance support
- Post-go-live support and knowledge transfer
- Application managed services (AMS) and continuous optimization
- Advisory services supporting emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and predictive analytics
Services and maximum hourly rates are established through the agreement’s Services List. Project-specific services may also be negotiated through an Order or Statement of Work when consistent with the scope of the original competitive award.
Contract Terms & Eligibility
Effective: September 15, 2026 – September 30, 2029
Renewal: Up to four additional years by mutual written agreement.
The agreement is available to eligible public and nonprofit higher education institutions, public and nonprofit K-12 schools and districts, state governments, cities, counties, local governments, and special districts.
Eligible organizations are located within member states and territories of MHEC, the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), and Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Participation requires no additional MHEC membership beyond meeting the agreement’s eligibility requirements.
