Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP has been awarded a contract with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) to provide independent ERP advisory, implementation, and optimization services. Institutions can access Baker Tilly’s higher education–focused expertise under pre-negotiated terms to guide them through readiness, selection, transition to cloud, and system optimization.
Contract Coverage
- Operational assessments/improvement in strategic enrollment management, academic program demand and profitability analysis, and student services/experience
- ERP readiness assessments and modernization roadmaps
- System selection, RFP support, and procurement strategy
- Cloud implementation, configuration, and integration services
- Change management, communications, and user adoption support
- Business process redesign and optimization
- Post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
- Data governance, reporting, and analytics strategy
Contract Terms & Eligibility
Effective October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2028 (with four (4) year renewal option)
Eligible to higher education institutions (public and private not-for-profit), K-12 districts and schools, cities, counties, local subdivisions, and state government in MHEC, NEBHE, SREB, and WICHE member states.
