Contract: #MHEC- 01292021

This MHEC addendum is a result of a competitively bid solicitation by the North Dakota University System (NDUS) for Ease Learning for Instructional Design Services and Instructional Design Training.

MHEC participated as an intergovernmental agency in a piggyback solicitation with the NDUS July 2020 bid for Instructional Design and Instructional Training Services. In September 2020, North Dakota University System awarded eight providers contracts. The resulting contracts provide an option to extend providers instructional design and training services throughout the entire MHEC region.

Contract Terms & Eligibility

Effective February 25, 2021 – August 1, 2027, with one remaining option to renew under the same terms and conditions for a period of 24 months each.Eligible to higher education institutions (public and private not-for-profit).

Solicitation Due Diligence

As part of the bidding process, there was an option to extend access to the awarded contract to MHEC-eligible organizations. The bid request was published on July 30, 2020, with proposals due on August 10, 2020. Ease Learning was awarded the contract for Instructional Design and Training Services by the North Dakota University System on September 10, 2020.

The contract was competitively bid for Instructional Design and Instructional Training Services.
