Jane Crosby-Schmidt joined MHEC in 2025 as project manager, supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our policy and strategic initiatives. Previously, Jane has served as recruitment promotions lead at Girl Scouts River Valleys, overseeing collaborative, cross-functional projects that expanded access and grew membership. In addition, she has experience as a math enrichment tutor with Minnesota Math Corps. 

Jane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College, where she studied Economics and Media Arts & Culture. In 2025, she earned her Google project management certification.
