Title IV regulations and SARA policy, Section 5.2 Programs leading to Professional Licensure, require institutions provide crucial information to students concerning professional licensure. The following visual is intended to assist you and your team in creating and implementing effective professional licensure disclosures.

In order to assist institutions in fulfilling Title IV regulations and SARA policy, Section 5.2 Programs leading to Professional Licensure, the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) contracted with Higher Education Licensure Pros LLC (HELP) to create a Licensure Board and Agency Directory. This directory lists licensed professions and occupations that require postsecondary education, and the licensing board or agency that regulates them. MHEC continues to build upon its work in the practice areas of compliance and credentialing by extending support in the area of professional licensure and will host the Higher Education Licensure Pros, LLC (HELP) on February 28 for the webinar Professional Licensure: Moving Beyond Minimal Compliance.
