In this engaging session, we’ll explore effective ways to communicate IT’s value across diverse campus stakeholdersChet Strebe. Through carefully crafted scenarios, we’ll practice “translating” tech talk and building bridges across departments.

This event is part of the inspiring, dynamic five-part IT Leadership Launchpad Series, tackling real-world challenges faced by higher education IT leaders today. Each session, based on insights from MHEC’s recent paper, will focus on a key principle for conveying value through thoughtfully designed scenarios. Together, we’ll share experiences, collaborate, and develop innovative strategies to elevate IT’s strategic role on your campus. Each session will feature a mix of expert guidance, peer problem-solving, and practical takeaways. Whether you join one or all five sessions, you’ll leave energized and prepared to amplify IT’s impact on your campus.
