Tiffany has worked in higher education as a financial aid advisor for over eight years and has interned for two Minnesota state senators. She completed her B.A. in American Studies at The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and plans to continue her education with a dual J.D. in public policy and immigration/public interest law at The University of Minnesota’s School of Law.

Tiffany is an active member in the local chapter of ethnic studies and is a member of the University Women of Color Council which seeks to provide resources, education, and build relationships with women of color across the University of Minnesota’s campus, in order to advance the mission of the institution as a whole.

Tiffany began working for the compact in September 2011.
